Payments and service providers
Stripe processes card payments and may securely retain an authorized payment method. Studio Kypris does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes. Hosting, database, email, analytics and other providers may process limited information on our behalf under their own terms and applicable agreements.
Health information and client records
Intake responses and appointment notes are restricted to authorized business access and used for treatment-related purposes and recordkeeping. Do not send sensitive medical details through ordinary social-media messages or unsecured email when a secure form is available.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell client medical or appointment records. Information may be shared with providers needed to operate the service, when you direct or consent to sharing, to comply with law, or to protect safety, rights and prevent fraud.
Retention and security
Records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, legal obligations, tax records and dispute resolution. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access to or correction of your contact information and to change optional marketing preferences. Some information may need to be retained for legal, safety, accounting or transaction-record purposes.
Cookies, links and minors
The website may use essential, preference and security cookies. Third-party links are governed by their own privacy practices. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for permanent makeup services. Any eligible minor lash-lift service requires a parent or guardian.
