PMU KATALOG LLC · STUDIO KYPRIS
Terms of Service
Pre-launch draft: expanded for the new scheduling, payment, client-record, shop and training systems. Professional legal review is recommended before launch.
Eligibility and health disclosures
You must provide accurate contact, health, medication, allergy, skincare and recent-procedure information relevant to treatment. Studio Kypris may decline or postpone a service when proceeding could create a safety or healing concern. Permanent makeup clients must be at least 18. Any eligible minor lash service requires parental consent and presence.
Online scheduling and client responsibility
- An appointment is reserved only after checkout succeeds and a confirmation is issued.
- You are responsible for checking the service, date, time, location and contact information in the confirmation.
- The private management link permits appointment changes. Keep it secure and promptly report unauthorized use.
- Availability displayed online may change until payment is completed.
- Studio Kypris may correct scheduling errors, contact you about conflicts, or reschedule for illness, emergency or safety reasons.
Deposits and balances
- The deposit displayed at checkout is required, non-refundable and applied to the final service balance.
- The remaining balance is due on the appointment date.
- Prices, deposits, durations and eligible add-ons shown in the final checkout summary govern that booking unless corrected before service with your agreement.
- Tips are optional and are recorded separately from required charges.
48-hour cancellation, rescheduling and no-show policy
- At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
- A cancellation, reschedule or no-show within 48 hours forfeits the deposit and may incur a charge equal to 50% of the remaining balance.
- A new deposit is required to rebook unless Studio Kypris confirms otherwise.
- Repeated late changes or no-shows may require full prepayment.
- If undisclosed health information, medication, skincare use or inadequate preparation makes treatment unsafe on arrival, a fee of 50% of the service total may apply.
Saved payment method and charge authorization
If you expressly accept card-on-file use during checkout, Stripe may securely retain the payment method for charges allowed by the policy accepted for that booking. Studio Kypris does not store the complete card number or security code. Applicable late-cancellation, no-show and agreed charges require studio action; a saved method does not guarantee approval by your bank.
You agree to contact Studio Kypris promptly with a billing concern. This does not limit any rights provided by law or your card issuer.
Late arrival
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrival more than 15 minutes late may result in a $20 late fee, shortened service without price adjustment, or cancellation when safe completion is no longer possible. Cancellation caused by excessive lateness may be treated as a late cancellation.
Intake forms, client profiles and electronic records
You consent to creating an internal client profile containing bookings, intake and consent submissions, service notes, payment records and relevant photographs. Electronic signatures and checked acceptance boxes have the same intent as signing or accepting on paper. Submitted forms must be updated when your health or contact information changes.
Communications
Transactional email may be used for confirmations, intake requests, reminders, changes, receipts and aftercare. If optional text messaging is enabled, message and data rates may apply. Marketing messages require a separate choice where required, and you may unsubscribe from marketing without stopping essential appointment messages.
Touch-ups, results and aftercare
Permanent makeup is a multi-step process. Results and retention vary with skin, health, lifestyle and aftercare and cannot be guaranteed. Touch-up eligibility and pricing depend on the service, elapsed time and current service rules. You agree to follow all preparation and aftercare instructions.
Risks, refunds and photography
Procedures can involve swelling, irritation, infection, allergic response, scarring and retention issues. Completed services and deposits are non-refundable. Clinical photographs may be kept for treatment records. Promotional photo use requires a separate optional consent and is not a condition of treatment.
Online shop
Product listings, pricing and availability may change. Applicable shipping, pickup, returns, damaged-item procedures and final-sale hygiene restrictions will be shown through the shop policy before product checkout. Orders may be cancelled or refunded when inventory or fulfillment errors occur.
Training courses and digital content
Course access is personal and may not be shared, copied, resold or redistributed. Unless otherwise stated, educational content does not replace licensing, medical or legal requirements. Course refund, access-duration and certificate requirements must be shown before purchase.
System availability and acceptable use
You may not attempt to access another client's records, misuse private links, disrupt the website or use automated means to extract protected content. Online services may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Changes, version records and contact
The system will record the terms version accepted with each booking or purchase. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. Questions may be sent to katspmu@gmail.com or (929) 789-2695.
